These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", or "you") and qq1x2, an internationally operated online betting and gaming platform ("qq1x2", "we", "us", or "the Company"). Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent ban.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any third party. qq1x2 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security. You agree to notify qq1x2 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.
KYC Verification: Before any withdrawal is processed, Members must complete the full KYC verification process. This requires submission of at least one government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Indonesian National Identity Card — KTP, or valid passport) and, where requested, proof of payment method ownership. qq1x2 may request additional documentation at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request may result in the request being placed on hold indefinitely.
All financial transactions on qq1x2 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). qq1x2 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. The availability of specific payment channels may vary at any time, and qq1x2 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular method.

Anti-Money Laundering: In compliance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards, qq1x2 may request additional documentation before processing large or unusual withdrawals. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, resell, or distribute any Platform content without the prior written consent of qq1x2.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qq1x2 shall not be liable to any Member or third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of contract law applicable to online gaming and betting platforms. qq1x2 operates under international licensing standards and is committed to fair dispute resolution.
In the event of a dispute, Members are encouraged to contact qq1x2 support in the first instance. Our customer service team will aim to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached through internal channels, the matter may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution body designated by qq1x2's licensing authority.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law in your country of residence.
qq1x2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where the changes are significant, provide reasonable notice to registered Members via the contact details on their Account.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
